Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the grep89 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not employed by grep89, nor are you an immediate family member of a grep89 employee, in a capacity that could give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously had a grep89 Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that prevents you from opening or using online gambling accounts.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria listed above. grep89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

Account Registration

To access the full range of grep89 Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. The following rules apply to all Account Holders:

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. grep89 uses technical and manual verification procedures to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, grep89 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any winnings, and forfeit any Balance without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide your legal name, valid Indonesian national identity number (NIK), date of birth, current residential address, active Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address during registration. It is your responsibility to keep this information current. grep89 will not be liable for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. grep89 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. Any activity conducted using your credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified grep89 of unauthorised access in a timely manner.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting the grep89 support team. Any outstanding Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering obligations on active Bonus Funds.

Identity Verification (KYC)

grep89 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all Accounts. The purpose of KYC is to verify your identity, confirm your age and residency, and ensure compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal and may be triggered at any point during your use of the Platform.

4.1 Documents Required

grep89 may request any or all of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or SIM (driving licence).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document issued within the last three months confirming your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation showing that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits belongs to you.
• Source of Funds Declaration: In cases where unusually large deposits are made, grep89 may request a brief declaration confirming the legitimate source of the funds.

4.2 Processing Time

grep89 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending successful KYC completion. grep89 will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience arising from delays in the KYC process where those delays result from incomplete or unclear documentation submitted by the Player.

4.3 Failure to Verify

If a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested, grep89 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality, restrict Account access, or close the Account entirely. Any Balance in a closed Account will be held in escrow for a period of 90 days during which the Player may re-engage with the KYC process. After 90 days, unclaimed balances may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Channels

grep89 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). grep89 does not currently accept cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Deposits

• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: Rp 25.000.
• Minimum deposit via e-wallet: Rp 10.000.
• grep89 charges zero platform fees on all deposits. Any fees applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within two minutes for bank transfers and instantly for e-wallets.
• You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally possible.
• Average withdrawal processing time is under five minutes once KYC is complete and no withdrawal holds are active on the Account.
• grep89 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay. Such checks may extend processing time.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours for bank transfer channels may be queued until the next available processing window. E-wallet withdrawals operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

5.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting grep89 support is a breach of these Terms. grep89 reserves the right to suspend the Account and offset any chargeback amount against the Account Balance pending investigation. Fraudulent chargeback activity may be reported to the relevant financial institution.

Bonuses & Promotions

grep89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion in addition to the general rules set out in this clause.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 30x wagering requirement must be staked a total of Rp 3.000.000 on eligible games before withdrawal is permitted.

6.2 Game Contributions

Not all game categories contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, including baccarat and roulette, typically contribute at a lower rate as specified on the individual promotion page. Sportsbook bets may have specific minimum odds requirements. grep89 will publish full game contribution tables on each promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds and free spin awards not used within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor the status of their Bonus Funds.

6.4 Abuse of Promotions

grep89 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused a promotion. Indicative behaviours that constitute promotional abuse include: registering multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing hedging bets designed to generate guaranteed profit from bonus funds; exploiting errors or miscommunications in promotion descriptions. grep89's determination on promotional abuse is final.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on the grep89 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface or on dedicated rules pages. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• Bets and game rounds are final once confirmed. grep89 cannot reverse a bet or spin once it has been accepted and processed by the game engine.
• In the event of a game malfunction or a verifiable technical error that affects the outcome of a round, grep89 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account Balance.
• grep89's recorded game logs are the definitive record of game outcomes. In any dispute between a Player's local display and grep89's server records, the server records prevail.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per product category. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may vary by Account tier.
• For sportsbook markets, bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement — whether due to a data feed error or a Player exploiting a known result — will be voided. grep89 monitors for such activity and reserves the right to void suspicious bets without prior notice.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the full payout to be awarded. If any selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining selections.

Responsible Gaming

grep89 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We encourage all Players to gamble within their means and to treat gambling as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been actively playing for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 180 days. During a cool-off period, the Account is inaccessible for gambling, though withdrawals of existing Balance may still be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become harmful may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded Account cannot be reopened for a minimum of 12 months and only upon submission of a formal written request and completion of a responsible gaming assessment.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the grep89 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Opening or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players in live casino games or multiplayer betting formats.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate any financially illicit activity.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, RNG patterns, or data feed errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing grep89 staff or other Players.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party using your Account credentials.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction by registering a new Account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the grep89 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of grep89 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from grep89. Scraping, data-mining, or systematically extracting odds, game content, or other data from the Platform for commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, grep89 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game outcomes, and promotional details.
• Losses caused by interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from the decisions or actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the Platform.

grep89's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data

grep89's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, grep89 collects personal data for the purposes of Account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, personalised marketing (where consent is given), and improvement of Platform services. grep89 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial purposes. Full details of data retention periods, your rights as a data subject, and the procedures for accessing or deleting your data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

grep89 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, grep89 will notify active Account Holders via the email address registered to their Account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendment takes effect. Any Balance held in a closed Account will be returned to your nominated payment method following completion of standard verification procedures.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles applicable to online gaming operators. grep89 operates under the framework of its international gaming licence, and all disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and arbitral bodies designated under that licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory provisions of Indonesian law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Where any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory applicable law, the conflicting provision shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

In the event of a dispute between you and grep89 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body. grep89 will provide contact details for the applicable dispute resolution service upon request submitted to the support email address below.
